The Senior Business Analyst supports the successful delivery of key ICTD projects and operational services across the full scope of Serco’s contract at FSH. This role involves early business engagement, project scoping, requirements definition, and resource estimation.
The role requires flexibility, self-sufficiency and a deep understanding of multiple business engagement and analysis approaches that can be applied across a broad set of projects to enable successful delivery.
Responsibilities will include:
• Work concurrently across key projects for both Serco and external customers.
• Define project benefits, outcomes, and success criteria.
• Gather and document clear, actionable requirements.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including team members, partners, and customers.
• Leverage and develop consistent business analysis processes and frameworks.
• Ensure timely engagement with stakeholders for early input on new projects.

You are highly self-motivated and quick to grasp new tasks, with a strong drive to achieve successful outcomes. Known for excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities within tight deadlines, you are capable of working independently across multiple tasks.
To be successful in this role you’ll have:
• Strong knowledge of service delivery and project management (e.g. ITIL, PRINCE2).
• Familiarity with Product delivery models and Agile processes
• Excellent skills in root cause analysis and defining business benefits.
• High level expertise in the production of clear, concise, evidence-based reports and recommendations.
• Proficiency with tools like PowerBI, Excel, and other MS Office apps.
• Deep experience in business process modelling, solution design, and requirements analysis (e.g. user stories).
