Serco is seeking a full time Physiotherapists to join our dynamic healthcare team supporting the Australian Defence Force (ADF) at the Robertson Health Centre. Whether you're looking to complement your current role or prefer flexible, ad hoc shifts, this is your opportunity to contribute to the wellbeing of those who serve.

About the Role

As a Physiotherapist working full time Monday to Friday, you will provide evidence-based musculoskeletal physiotherapy services to ADF personnel. You’ll work alongside a multi-disciplinary team to deliver assessments, treatment plans, rehabilitation programs, and expert advice to help our Defence members recover and return to peak performance. You will be supported by a well-equipped facility, a collaborative environment, and the opportunity to work on-base without enlisting in the military.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and deliver individualised treatment and rehab programs
• Provide expert guidance on exercise prescription, hydrotherapy, orthotic fittings, and electrotherapy
• Collaborate with health professionals, physical training instructors, and Defence stakeholders
• Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to quality assurance processes
• Ensure safe, effective, and ethical physiotherapy practice in line with APA standards

What You’ll Need

• Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist (unconditional and unrestricted)
• Minimum 2 years post-grad musculoskeletal experience in the last 5 years
• Current CPR certification (HLTAID009)
• Ongoing participation in CPD activities (in line with AHPRA requirements)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team
• Australian Citizenship (mandatory for Defence Base access and security clearance)
