We're looking for a passionate Clinical Capability Quality Coordinator to support our Clinical Governance Unit. In this role, you’ll apply your clinical expertise to strengthen capability functions across our health-related contracts. You’ll be central to credentialing, onboarding, and compliance initiatives, promoting best practice and driving continuous improvement.

As a Clinical Capability Quality Coordinator in the Clinical Governance team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

·        Supporting strategic objectives across the Health Hub and Clinical Governance Unit.

·        Promoting adherence to clinical governance frameworks and compliance standards.

·        Assisting with credentialing, onboarding, and compliance activities across contracts.

·        Facilitating quality reviews and reporting on clinical governance metrics.

·        Developing and delivering training on compliance systems and processes.

·        Managing compliance waivers and contributing to contract deployment initiatives.

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

·        Tertiary qualifications in a health-related field and current AHPRA registration.

·        Recent experience in data analysis, reporting, and quality assurance.

·        Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

·        A detail-focused mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

·        Familiarity with national Clinical Governance Frameworks and healthcare standards.

·        Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
