We’re looking for a warm, resilient and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our Helpdesk and Communications team at Fiona Stanley Hospital. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, supporting essential services in a fast-paced hospital environment. You’ll be answering and actioning requests across multiple channels—while keeping calm under pressure and ensuring patients and staff receive outstanding service.
As a Customer Service Officer in the Helpdesk and Communications team, you’ll make a positive impact by:
- Responding promptly and courteously to requests via phone, email and in-person
- Coordinating and monitoring service requests to ensure efficient workflows
- Managing hospital emergencies and escalating issues as needed
- Recording and updating data in line with policies and procedures
- Supporting work order scheduling and tracking to ensure seamless FM delivery
- Collaborating with colleagues across Facility Management to provide an exceptional experience
