We are seeking a hands-on Area Supervisor to join our growing team and support frontline staff across multiple client sites in the Sydney North Shore Region. This role is ideal for someone who knows the cleaning industry inside out and is ready to move into a leadership position — while still staying close to the work on the ground.
Shift Time: 5am to 9am and 2pm to 6pm
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, support and motivate cleaning teams across multiple sites
- Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and ensure service delivery meets client standards
- Step in to perform cleaning duties and cover shifts when required
- Manage rosters, assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training
- Build strong relationships with both clients and frontline staff
- Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with WHS procedures
- Manage stock orders, ensure equipment is in place, and report site issues
- Assist in reporting, time & attendance tracking, and operational planning

To be successful in this role you’ll have:
- Prior cleaning experience (essential), ideally with a good understanding of industry best practices
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A “lead by example” attitude and willingness to step in when needed
- Confidence working independently and managing small teams
- Enthusiasm for learning and developing in a leadership role
- Valid Driver’s Licence (essential)
- WWC
- NSW National Police Check
