We’re looking for a confident, detail-oriented financial expert to join our ASPAC Commercial team. As a Senior Commercial Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting complex bids and operational contracts across Serco’s diverse portfolio. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals to develop financial models, evaluate commercial opportunities, and shape innovative solutions that support our clients and communities.
As a Senior Commercial Analyst in the ASPAC Commercial team, you’ll make a positive impact by:
- Developing and refining financial models for new business opportunities
- Supporting pricing strategy, subcontractor negotiations, and bid governance processes
- Managing cost modelling consultants and contributing to supplier engagement
- Undertaking commercial analysis to support new market entry and investment decisions
- Enhancing modelling tools, data libraries, and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborating across legal, HR, operations and technical teams to validate assumptions

Your ideal skills & experience:
- A degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business or a related discipline
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability, including three-way financial statements
- Commercial and bidding experience in large or complex projects (Desirable but not essential)
- CA/CPA or progress toward an internationally recognised accounting qualification (Desirable but not essential)
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt to fast-changing priorities
