As a Performance & Reporting Analyst in the Operational Performance team, you’ll make a positive impact by driving strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency and compliance.

Based at Clarence Correctional Centre, this is a full-time permanent opportunity where your work will directly support the safety, security, and reintegration efforts of Australia’s largest correctional facility.

As a Performance & Reporting Analyst, you’ll make a positive impact by:

  • Collecting and analysing data for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles
  • Preparing reports, findings, and recommendations to enhance policy and procedural compliance
  • Managing document control systems and contractual compliance assessments
  • Responding to Freedom of Information requests, subpoenas, and legal inquiries
  • Supporting and maintaining management systems, including Quality, Health & Safety, and Environment
  • Leading the preparation for audits and ensuring timely internal audit reporting

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

  • Business Administration, Accounting, Legal, or similar discipline
  • Proven analytical abilities and experience in generating process documentation
  • Advanced Excel and report writing skills
  • Excellent communication skills to translate data into actionable insights
  • Understanding of ISO management system standards
  • Knowledge of quality assurance processes and legislative compliance
  • Ability to work in a secure, highly controlled environment

About Clarence Correctional Centre 

Opened in mid-2020, this 1,700-bed state-of-the-art facility is the largest correctional Centre in Australia.  Located on the beautiful NSW North Coast approx. 6 hours' drive from Sydney and 3.5 hours from Brisbane our region offers rainforests, epic headlands, sand dunes and some of the best Australian beaches with a variety of multi-cultural cafes, restaurants, and friendly community towns.
