Doltone Hospitality Group has recently been appointed as the catering partner for The Scots College. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Kitchen Operations Administrator to supports the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen at The Scot’s College.

This role focuses on supplier coordination, stock administration and maintaining accurate ordering, inventory and invoice processes. This role is ideal for someone who’s highly computer-literate and enjoys organised, detail-driven administrative work. We’re open to candidates from a range of hospitality backgrounds, including Chefs de Partie (or equivalent) looking for a change of pace, as well as front-of-house professionals with strong administrative skills

Your main responsibilities:

  • Managing supplier communication and raising purchase orders via Coupa
  • Creating and maintaining efficient systems to track stock requirements
  • Processing invoices with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintaining agreed par levels across dry goods, disposables, chemicals and equipment
  • Ensuring stock is stored and rotated correctly at all times
  • Supporting the Head Chef and kitchen leadership with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Maintaining clear documentation to support audits, compliance and reporting
  • Ensuring all digital records are well organised and up to date

Your experience:

  • Experience as a CDP or in a similar kitchen role is an advantage, however we also welcome applications from front-of-house hospitality professionals with strong administrative capability.
  • High computer literacy and confidence with digital procurement systems.
  • Experience with ordering and stock control is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills is essential.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
