The Role Recipe

• Design Approval Process – Drive design approvals across all stages
• Collaboration with External & Internal Partners
• Drawing Accuracy & Cost/Timing Assurance
• Problem Solving & Shopfitter Coordination
• Compliance & Permits – Support Project Coordinators on Planning, Liquor, Health, and Footpath Trading applications; ensure compliance.

Key Ingredients

• Qualification in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or equivalent (registration preferred but not essential)
• 2–4 years experience in retail or hospitality design, proven design approval management.
• Experience in Technical drawing review, compliance knowledge, stakeholder coordination, AutoCAD/Revit/Adobe proficiency.
•  Detail-oriented, collaborative, resilient, solution-focused.
