Opening June 2026!

Plenty of jobs promise great culture and opportunity — we actually deliver.

Since 2007, we’ve been serving up golden, pan-fried schnitzels using a traditional family recipe. We’ve grown into a nationwide brand, but the passion for great food and great people hasn’t changed.

If that sounds like your kind of place, join us as a Team Leader and give it a crack.

Working in a busy restaurant isn’t always easy — but at Schnitz, it’s never boring.

As a Team Leader at Schnitz, you’ll lead from the front — supporting your team, delivering great customer experiences, and keeping things running smoothly. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy developing others, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading shifts and supporting your team on the floor
  • Delivering great customer experiences every time
  • Coaching and developing team members
  • Helping manage daily operations and keeping things running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Leads with energy, confidence and a positive attitude
  • Has experience in hospitality or fast-paced environments
  • Is a strong team player who can step up and take initiative
  • Can stay calm under pressure and keep the team focused
  • Has flexible availability across weekdays, nights and weekends

Why Join Schnitz?

More than just a job — it’s a place to grow.

  • Real mates who have your back
  • Real skills that set you up
  • Real opportunities to grow

Many of our leaders started as Team Members — and built their careers from there.

Schnitz is committed to fostering an inclusive and respectful workplace environment. We hire great people from a wide variety of backgrounds - not just because it is the right thing to do, but because it makes our organisation stronger. We encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and other people of colour, people from culturally diverse backgrounds, LGBTQIA+ people and those with a disability.
