Senior Digital Manager

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and deliver the digital roadmap aligned to Schnitz Group's growth strategy.
  • Drive digital sales across the app, website, loyalty platform and delivery channels.
  • Own and continuously improve the end-to-end digital customer journey.
  • Partner with CRM and Marketing to grow customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value.
  • Lead digital transformation projects including loyalty, CRM, kiosks, digital menu boards and future technologies.
  • Analyse digital performance, customer behaviour and commercial data to identify opportunities and optimise results.
  • Build meaningful dashboards and reporting to support data-driven decision making.
  • Manage relationships with digital agencies, technology vendors and platform partners.
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Operations, Finance, IT and Franchise Partners to deliver successful digital initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing digital team while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

About You

  • 8+ years' experience in Digital, eCommerce, Digital Marketing or Digital Product Management.
  • Experience within QSR, hospitality, retail or other multi-site consumer businesses.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving digital growth.
  • Experience managing CRM, loyalty platforms and customer engagement strategies.
  • Knowledge of digital analytics platforms including GA4, Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience delivering digital products and managing technology vendors.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the business.
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
