About the Role:

As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance, culture, and success of your restaurant. You’ll lead by example on the floor, ensure operational excellence, and create an environment where every team member and guest feels valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & People Development – Recruit, train, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and uphold company values.
  • Operational Excellence – Oversee daily restaurant operations including food safety, cleanliness, service standards, and shift execution.
  • Guest Experience – Create a welcoming and engaging environment that ensures every guest leaves happy and eager to return.
  • Sales & Profitability – Monitor performance metrics, manage costs, and drive initiatives to achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Stock & Inventory Management – Maintain accurate ordering, control waste, and ensure stock levels meet business needs.
  • Compliance & Safety – Ensure adherence to food safety, workplace health & safety, and company policies at all times.

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous management experience in a fast-paced hospitality, retail, or QSR environment.
  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and build strong, cohesive teams.
  • A hands-on leadership style — you lead from the front, not from the office.
