Role Overview

The Assistant Manager at the Store Centre of Excellence will play a pivotal role in supporting the overall operations, profitability, and training initiatives within the store. Working closely with the Manager, you will contribute to maintaining the highest standards of excellence across all aspects of store management, ensuring exceptional Guest experiences, efficient operations, and sustained profitability.

Role Recipe

• Coach, mentor and develop Team Member facilitating a culture of growth and development
• Provide a great Schnitz Experience to all Guests
• Contribute to and build a caring, inclusive and genuine culture where coaching and feedback in welcomed.
• Support the Restaurant Manager with store operations and training initiatives;
• Maintain exceptional standards of product quality and operational standards
• Support the store manager achieve KPIs and take a keen interest in the profitability of the store.

Key Ingredients:

• 1 - 2 years Assistant Manager experience in a QSR environment with exposure to rostering and ordering
• You take pride in the quality of your work and the work of your team;
• You have strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively all stakeholders
• You are passionate about mentoring and developing members of the team;
• You thrive on the challenges of a dynamic work environment and can adapt easily;
• You are passionate about the industry, open to feedback and wanting strive for continuous growth and development
