Own it While it’s Hot

Every job promises good culture and opportunity. But here, they’re real and yours for the taking.

We’ve been serving up golden-crumbed, pan-fried schnitzels since 2007, using a traditional Polish family recipe. Yup, we’ve sure grown in that time - from a small family business into a nationwide franchise! But the passion and care we put into crafting each schnitzel hasn’t changed, even if the wallpaper has. If good food, good people and good service matter to you, you owe it to yourself to give it a crack at our place.

Find a Story that Matters and a Career You Can Own

Schnitz is about more than food! Behind every order is a team of people who genuinely care. At our Support Office, you’ll thrive on the energy, connection, and the opportunity to take something great and make it even better.

Every Schnitzer has their own story — chasing their own goals and ambitions. That matters here. You matter here. Whatever your role, we want you to grow, succeed, and win with us.

We’re looking for a Delivery Aggregator Manager to own national delivery performance across Uber Eats. In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end relationship, leading joint planning, optimising promotions, improving menu performance, and ensuring our restaurants consistently meet platform standards.

The Role Recipe

Driving Sales & Profit:

  • Grow sales and performance on Uber Eats
  • Manage promotional spend and ensure positive ROI
  • Help negotiate fees, commissions, and marketing support
  • Improve order value through smart pricing and bundle deals

Working with Partners:

  • Run regular check-ins with delivery partners and franchise teams
  • Plan campaigns and promotions together with marketing teams
  • Secure better visibility on the Uber Eats app (featured spots, sponsored listings)
  • Improve search ranking so the Schnitz brand is easier to find
  • Grow loyalty program members ordering through delivery

Menu & Promotions:

  • Keep the delivery menu clear, accurate, and appealing
  • Improve photos and descriptions to drive more orders
  • Create delivery-only deals and bundles
  • Manage national promotions like Free Delivery and Buy One Get One offers

Restaurant Performance:

  • Help stores accept and fulfil orders efficiently
  • Ensure menu pricing is correct across delivery platforms
  • Support teams to improve order accuracy and reduce mistakes

Customer Experience:

  • Track ratings and reviews and find ways to improve them
  • Reduce issues like missing or incorrect items
  • Work with operations and supply teams to fix delivery problems
  • Share ideas and insights from other delivery platforms to improve performance

Key Ingredients:

  • 5+ years experience in Digital, eCommerce or Marketplace Management
  • Experience managing Uber Eats or similar delivery platforms
  • Strong commercial and analytical capability
  • Confidence managing external platform relationships
  • Franchise network exposure (desirable)
  • Experience with BI reporting tools e.g. Power BI / Tableau (desirable)

Looking for a Career that Will Pan Out?

At Schnitz, we believe the best things in life come wrapped in a golden, crispy crumb. But beyond the food, there’s even more to love about building a career with us. Our people say three things really stand out:

  • A team that feels like family: Work with people who genuinely care, celebrate wins together, and support each other when it matters most.
  • Real skills, real growth: Build meaningful skills and shape a career you can truly own.
  • A product and story that matter: We’re more than a food business — we’re a proud Australian success story, and we’re looking for people who want to help write what comes next.
Schnitz is committed to fostering an inclusive and respectful workplace environment. We hire great people from a wide variety of backgrounds - not just because it is the right thing to do, but because it makes our organisation stronger. We encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and other people of colour, people from culturally diverse backgrounds, LGBTQIA+ people and those with a disability.
