We’re looking for a Delivery Platform Manager – Uber Eats to lead and optimise national performance across Uber Eats. This role will own the strategic partnership end-to-end, using data, insights, and commercial analysis to drive sales growth, platform performance, customer engagement, and operational excellence across the Schnitz network.
You’ll work closely with Uber Eats and internal stakeholders to lead joint business planning, optimise national campaigns and promotions, improve menu performance and visibility, analyse customer and sales trends, and identify opportunities to increase growth through the platform. You’ll also support restaurants in achieving operational KPIs, platform standards, and best-practice execution to maximise performance nationally.
Driving Sales & Performance
- Drive sales growth and performance across Uber Eats nationally
- Manage promotional spend and monitor ROI
- Support fee, commission, and marketing negotiations
- Increase order value through pricing, bundles, and upsell opportunities
Partner & Campaign Management:
- Manage the relationship with Uber Eats and franchise stakeholders
- Plan campaigns and promotions with Marketing teams
- Improve brand visibility through featured placements and sponsored campaigns
- Increase platform search visibility and customer engagement
Menu & Promotion Optimisation:
- Maintain a clear, accurate, and commercially optimised delivery menu
- Improve menu imagery and descriptions to drive conversion
- Develop delivery-exclusive offers and national promotions
Restaurant Operations:
- Support restaurants to efficiently manage and fulfil delivery orders
- Ensure pricing and platform settings remain accurate
- Improve order accuracy, operational performance, and platform KPIs
Customer Experience & Insights:
- Monitor customer ratings and identify improvement opportunities
- Reduce issues such as missing or incorrect orders
- Analyse performance data and trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives
What You Will Bring:
- 5+ years experience in Digital, eCommerce or Marketplace Management
- Experience managing Uber Eats or similar delivery platforms
- Strong commercial and analytical capability
- Confidence managing external platform relationships
- Franchise network exposure (desirable)
- Experience with BI reporting tools e.g. Power BI / Tableau (desirable)
