Employment Type: Full-time permanent position.
Hours of Work: Guaranteed a minimum of 30 hours per week, rotating roster, including weekends.
Wage Rate: $26 - $28 per hour

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

Overseeing the day-to-day operation of teams in the Food & Beverage department, including making sure team members understand their allocated tasks.
Providing supervision, training and guidance to Food & Beverage Attendants.
Greeting and seating guests. Taking orders and relaying them to the kitchen and bar staff.
Taking a proactive approach to sanitising and cleaning the restaurant.
Collecting payments for sales and operating the point of sale system and cash register.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to maintain service flow and resolve any operational issues.
Assisting with any additional duties requested by the Food & Beverage Manager, or Hotel Manager.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

2 years of relevant Food & Beverage experience.
An LCQ qualification and a relevant tertiary qualification in hospitality or related field would be an advantage.
Customer service superstar!
Positive can-do-attitude.
Flexible in availability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
