ABOUT YOU 

As the Operations Supervisor at one of our Scape Melbourne CBD, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional living experiences for our residents. You’ll lead a passionate customer experience team, ensuring seamless support, safety, and well-being for our Scape family. Your expertise will be crucial in managing escalations, fostering key stakeholder relationships, and maintaining our high standards.

• Minimum 3 years in property management or related supervisory role.
• Natural leader in fast-paced environments, making measured decisions.
• Positive, adaptable, and confident in sharing ideas.
• Skilled in prioritization, multitasking, and reporting.
• Effective communicator with cultural sensitivity.
• Capable of leading diverse personalities.
• Outgoing and confident personality.
