We are seeking a Company Secretary with strong governance expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to support a dynamic executive team across a diverse portfolio of businesses.

The Role
As the Company Secretary, you will support the COO & General Counsel and legal team to ensure The Living Company’s corporate governance and compliance obligations are met. The role is responsible for maintaining statutory records, managing corporate entity compliance, and supporting the legal team to deliver high-quality governance across the group structure and investor base.
Your key responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Oversee company secretarial duties across multiple entities
- Ensure governance, compliance, and ASIC reporting excellence
- Support board, investor, and JV partner communications
- Drive process improvements in governance and documentation
- Partner with legal on restructures and corporate transactions
- Maintain accurate records, registers, and filings
The Ideal Candidate
- 7–10+ years’ experience in corporate governance, legal, or company secretarial roles
- Strong knowledge of ASIC, Corporations Act, and multi-entity governance structures
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver pragmatic outcomes
- Background in private corporate, investment, or property/funds environments
- Governance Institute or AICD qualifications highly regarded
- Exceptional organisational, analytical, and communication skills
