The role of Leasing Executive will be responsible for contributing directly to achieving Scape’s leasing and occupancy targets across its portfolio of assets, with a key focus on the student accommodation assets.

Reporting to the National Leasing Manager, the role of Leasing Executive will be responsible for contributing directly to achieving Scape’s leasing and occupancy targets across its portfolio of assets, with a key focus on the student accommodation assets.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- 1–3 years’ experience in a leasing, sales, or customer-facing role, ideally within residential accommodation, hospitality, or property sectors is desirable.
- A second language is advantageous in supporting a diverse customer base but not required.
- Strong understanding of the leasing cycle, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and occupancy goals.
- Strong customer service and relationship building
