Our Student Ambassador (expression of interest) EOI is your chance to put yourself on our radar for opportunities to join the Scape team!
As a Student Ambassador, you’ll be part of the engine that powers our vibrant resident community. And because this role is only open to Scape residents, you already understand what it’s like to call Scape home—so who better to help us shape an amazing living experience?
What You’ll Do
- Offer peer support, lend a listening ear, and act as the go-to person for fellow residents needing advice or direction.
- Initiate and run programs for residents that will assist in their development socially, culturally, and academically.
- Play a pivotal role in Community Orientation Programs to ensure a smooth, energised transition into each new Semester.
- Stay up to date with all services available through Scape, universities, colleges, and the local community, and share these resources so everyone can thrive.
- Work hand in hand with internal teams (from Customer Experience to Wellness & Hygiene) and external stakeholders (local uni clubs, event partners) to keep the energy flowing.
- Make it your mission to know the residents in your area and actively encourage feedback to keep improving their experience.
- Be an ambassador at orientation events, open days, and any other student-led happenings, encouraging engagement and positivity.

- You stay level-headed in challenging or emergency situations and follow the right steps to keep everyone safe.

Things to Note before you apply:
- Currently living at Scape and enrolled as a student for the period you wish to be employed.
- No breach notifications while living at the property.
- Able to work evenings and weekends, and commit to at least one Semester.
- Hold (or be willing to secure) a Working with Children Check (or Blue Card if in QLD).
