THE ROLE

This is an opportunity to work directly with senior design leadership on live residential projects from early concept through to delivery. You will play a key role in developing drawings, 3D models and visual material that communicate design intent clearly and accurately.

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Produce high-quality architectural drawings (plans, sections, elevations, details)
  • Develop digital 3D models to support feasibility, planning and coordination
  • Prepare presentation drawings and visual material for internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with space planning and test-fit studies 
  • Support design coordination with consultants
  • Maintain drawing standards and BIM protocols
  • Contribute to diagrams and technical packages
  • Prepare presentations


KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED

This role is the perfect opportunity for a Graduate Architect or Graduate Interior Architect (1–3 years’ experience) to join our developer-led design team.

About you:

  • Experience in an architectural or interior practice, or developer-led design environment
  • Exceptional 2D drafting skills and strong 3D modelling capability
  • High level of technical accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong spatial awareness and sense of proportion
  • Proactive, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Curious, ambitious and eager to learn

Software:

  • Archicad (essential)
  • Revit (desirable)
  • Rhino or SketchUp
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Enscape, Lumion, D5 or similar advantageous
