The Role

Overseeing a $6bn debt platform across 35 facilities, The Treasury team is vertically integrated, encompassing Treasury operations, middle office, and front office activities. In this newly created role, the Treasury Manager will support the Treasurer across all debt, liquidity, systems and lender relationship management activities.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead debt origination and refinancing across our $6bn debt platform, coordinating lender due diligence, approvals and documentation.
  • Oversee covenant, information and quarterly reporting to ensure full facility compliance.
  • Mentor junior Treasury team members and collaborate closely with finance, investment and senior execs on all debt matters.
  • Manage GTreasury, Bloomberg and lender portals, enhancing systems, reporting and process efficiency.
  • Support cashflow forecasting, optimise liquidity and oversee daily banking operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing lenders and help onboard new capital partners.
  • Support interest rate risk strategy, hedging execution and derivative compliance.


Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • CA or CPA qualified (highly desired)
  • 5+ years in Treasury across Real Estate, Banking, or large Corporate
  • Strong understanding of debt, derivatives & interest rate risk
  • Advanced Excel/PowerPoint and financial modelling skills
  • Confidence engaging with senior executives, lenders and investors
  • A proactive, organised and detail-oriented approach

Important Note on Timing:
