Senior Business Analyst, Salesforce (Agentforce)

THE ROLE 

Are you a business analyst with a passion for Salesforce and a knack for continuous improvement? We are seeking a talented individual to join our Salesforce team with a focus on embracing Agentic AI (think Sales Agents, Service Agents, Employee Agents) across our Salesforce footprint. This is probably the most exciting space to work in for the next few years.

Responsibilities:

• Develop opportunities to support our employees and/or residents with the help of Agentforce
• Maintain and improve our existing agents to drive business outcomes
• Build new agents together with our onshore and offshore team to
• Create reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Agentforce features and best practices.
• Manage and prioritize multiple new capabilities simultaneously.
• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Document processes and procedures to ensure knowledge transfer.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE 

If you’re a passionate Business Analyst with 5+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem, ideally with some Agentforce experience, we want to hear from you! You’ll have a proven track record of successful implementations and the ability to translate business needs into actionable Salesforce solutions alongside our technical architect. Above all, you’re a continuous learner ready to thrive in a collaborative, fast-evolving environment.

Additional Skills:

• Admin and/or Salesforce BA certification (a plus)
• Agentforce certification (a plus)
• Experience with Salesforce automation tools (e.g., Workflows, Process Builder)
• Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple capabilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
