WHAT YOU'LL DO

Reporting to the Senior Leasing & Partnerships Manager (based in Singapore), the Leasing Executive is responsible for contributing directly to achieving Scape’s leasing and occupancy targets across its portfolio of assets, with a key focus on the student accommodation assets.  

• Manage inbound leasing enquiries from first contact through to secured bookings
• Convert B2C and B2B leads via phone, email, and social channels
• Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend the right accommodation options
• Maintain accurate pipelines and conversion tracking in Salesforce and StarRez
• Build and manage relationships with education agents and partners
• Support leasing campaigns, events, and initiatives to drive occupancy
• Contribute to renewal, retention, and occupancy targets

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 1–3+ years’ experience in leasing, sales, or customer-facing roles
• Background in student accommodation, international education, hospitality, or property (preferred)
• Strong lead conversion and customer service capability
• Confidence using CRM systems (Salesforce experience highly regarded)
• Fluent Vietnamese and English; Mandarin is advantageous
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working to targets
