We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join on an initial parental leave cover, with a view to becoming permanent. In this busy and varied role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to key member if the Scape Executive team. You will be pivotal in ensuring the efficient and seamless day-to-day operations of these Executives, providing high-level support, facilitating smooth communication, and managing key tasks and projects.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant, with strong stakeholder management skills, a down-to-earth approach and the ability to problem solve and proactively anticipate needs.

You will also have:

  • Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Management or a related field
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives (legal/company secretarial/investment management department background preferred)
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure
  • High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused approach
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and adapt to changing priorities
