THE ROLE  

We are on the hunt for an energetic, passionate, and inspiring Student Events Manager with either a community or events background to join a team of successful legends.   

Student Experience Managers have primary responsibility for delivering and executing the Scape Student Experience Program, tasked with delivering a diverse range of innovative events and experiences tailored to enrich the lives of our student residents. They take the lead in designing and delivering a variety of diverse initiatives designed to foster a vibrant community atmosphere and facilitate connections among our student residents within Scape.

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE  

We are seeking a passionate and motivated team member, with big ideas and a drive for success.   

You will have the following skills, attributes, and experiences:  

  • Degree qualified and at least 2 years’ experience in an event management role.  
  • Demonstrated affinity with students and young adults  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds.  
  • Leadership and supervisory experience and skills.   
  • Exceptional customer service including conflict resolution skills.  
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.  
  • A focus on service and quality with the passion to deliver outstanding experiences.  
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise a range of tasks.  


Please note: The successful candidate must be willing to undertake a National Police Check and a Working with Children check
