Key Responsibilities

✔ Execute the civil-structural engineering, design and technical development of complex mining and cement projects.

 ✔ Support structural, geotechnical, and infrastructure works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, budgets, and schedules.

 ✔ Prepare and review engineering deliverables including drawings, calculations, design reports, and technical documentation.

 ✔ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

 ✔ Provide guidance and support to junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices.

 ✔ Participate in site supervision, construction inspections, and commissioning activities globally.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 15 years of experience in civil engineering, with relevant exposure to mining and cement projects.
• Strong technical expertise in design, analysis, and construction of infrastructure works.
• Proficiency in design codes, structural analysis software (e.g.,SAP 2000, Staad Pro), and construction management tools.
• Outstanding leadership skills: capable of coordinating and motivating multidisciplinary teams in complex projects, making informed and firm decisions even under uncertainty, and managing conflicts constructively to strengthen collaboration.
• Advanced or bilingual English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel internationally.
