Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead and organize resources for the execution of process engineering tasks.

✔ Prepare key deliverables: mass balances, flowsheets, P&IDs, design criteria, operating costs, and control philosophy.

✔ Plan, cost, and oversee metallurgical testwork programs and interpret results.

✔ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet project objectives.

✔ Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

✔ Participate in commissioning of process plants in various global locations.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in mineral processing engineering.
• Strong knowledge of mineral processing software: LIMN, METSIM, SYSCAD, BRUNO.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Advanced or bilingual English proficiency.
• Must be available for international travelling.
