SAXUM is currently seeking a Senior SAP Functional Analyst to join our growing team of professionals in our Buenos Aires Office, Argentina.

Reporting to the Systems Manager, we invite a Senior SAP Functional Analyst with a proven track record of providing functional support and solutions, oriented towards excellence in execution, and with a robust background interacting with business users and technical teams in large-scale project environments.

We will value professionals who have consolidated their expertise operating from project design and delivery offices, contributing best practices learned in highly technically demanding environments and demonstrating a global business vision.

The tasks you will perform

• Provide daily functional support in SAP S/4HANA applications and related business processes.
• Support and resolve incidents in the areas of Finance and Controlling (FI/CO), Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Commercial Project Management (CPM), Project System (PS), and Time Management (HR-TM).
• Interact with business users to analyze problems and offer practical solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional solutions and process improvements.
• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate the resolution of SAP incidents.
• Collaborate with technical teams and vendors on development enhancements and defect resolution.
• Support system configuration activities when required.
• Assist in user training, providing guidance on system usage and best practices.
• Develop functional specifications, process documentation, and user guides.
• Participate in transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

The experience you will bring

• Advanced proficiency in English with oral fluency.
• Solid functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA with experience in Finance, Procurement, Project Management, and Sales processes.
• Proven experience in functional support, implementation, or transformation roles within SAP.
• Understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into solutions within SAP.
