We are seeking a warm, organised, and client-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients, families, support workers, and visitors – both in person and over the phone. This is an awesome opportunity to be the heart of our aged care and disability services team.

You'll be joining us 2-3 days per week with Monday and Tuesday as your core work days. Bonus if you have Wednesday availability!

About the Role

As the Receptionist, you will play a key role in creating a friendly and professional environment, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and providing vital administrative support to our team. Your ability to handle enquiries with empathy and efficiency will help us provide exceptional care to those who need it most.

• Greet clients, visitors, and staff with warmth and professionalism
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and enquiries promptly
• Maintain accurate client records and update databases
• Organise purchases and supplies for team members and clients
• Support community engagement activities and events
• Manage mail, deliveries, and general correspondence

What You'll Need

• Demonstrated experience in a receptionist or administrative role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to support vulnerable people with empathy and dignity
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management systems
• Commitment to confidentiality, privacy, and professional boundaries

Desirable

• Experience in aged care, disability, or community health settings
• Understanding of NDIS and My Aged Care systems
