About the Role

We are looking for friendly and reliable people to join our team as Domestic Assistants in the Frankston area. This role is perfect if you enjoy helping others and want work that truly makes a difference. You will support clients in their own homes with day-to-day tasks so they can keep their independence and enjoy the comfort of their own home.

Your day might include:

  • Light household cleaning such as vacuuming, mopping, kitchens and bathrooms
  • Washing, ironing and changing bed linen
  • Meal preparation and light cooking
  • Grocery shopping and errands
  • A friendly chat and companionship that truly brightens someone’s day

You will travel up to 30 minutes from Frankston or nearby (travel km allowance provided).

About You

You are dependable, approachable and take pride in creating a safe and comfortable home environment for others. This role is not restricted to home care professionals and those with domestic assistance experience already.

Students currently studying healthcare or support work qualifications, as well as anyone interested in pursuing a fulfilling and impactful career in home care are highly encouraged to apply. We welcome individuals of all backgrounds and experiences!

You will need:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Victorian Driver Licence and your own reliable insured vehicle
  • CPR and First Aid Certificates
  • Experience in cleaning hospitality or support work is helpful but not essential
  • A caring nature and good communication skills
