About the Role

We’re looking for experienced Disability Support Workers to support clients in the Outer suburbs of Melbourne - Clyde, Cranbourne and Berwick.

You’ll support clients 1:1 who feel most comfortable with clear boundaries, structured routines, and clear communication. No two days are the same! Your support might look like:

  • Getting out into the community to do activities the clients enjoy
  • Helping prepare simple, nutritious meals
  • Helping out with a few light cleaning jobs around the home when needed
  • Assist with medication management

There are a range of available shifts with majority of services between 10am to 4pm.

What You’ll Need

  • Must have Certificate 3 or 4 in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care) as a minimum
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and WWCC
  • First Aid and CPR
  • Valid drivers licence and your own reliable, insured car
  • Willingness to complete all client-specific training before you begin (we’ll guide you through it)

Why Join Us

  • A warm and supportive team that’s got your back
  • Paid training and onboarding
  • Accessible support from our after hours and care coordination team
  • Staff recognition programs and a $500 referral bonus
  • Work you can be proud of, in a role that really matters

If you’re someone who’s supportive, caring and ready to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
