About the Role

Our Part Time After-Hours Rostering Coordinator will be responsible for any inbound queries from both clients and employees after hours. This role is fully remote with the option to work across both daytime and afterhours. Shift timings are as per the below:

  • Mornings: 6am - 9am
  • Evenings: 5pm - 10pm
  • Weekends & Public Holidays: 6am - 2pm or 2pm - 10pm

The role is responsible for providing our employees and clients with outstanding service during the after-hour periods by ensuring timely communication of visits, schedule changes and service requirements are being met. The role will also act as the first point of contact for any matters that require immediate attention after hours and will be responsible for handing over information daily as well as trouble shooting operational queries.

About You

We are looking for a supportive, friendly, and organised individual with excellent communication, problem solving and customer service skills to join our team.

You will be comfortable working autonomously, as well as part of a team.

Ideally you will have:

  • Experience in rostering and client coordination (case management and team management)
  • Experience in community services sector ideally with an understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Well-developed communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a range of clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to solve problems and think on your feet
  • Confidence to work independently with minimal supervision
