About the Role

360 Health and Community has recently joined with Ruah Community Services, bringing together shared values and a unified approach to supporting people and communities. As part of this change, all People and Culture services are now delivered by Ruah.

The People and Culture Officer is employed by Ruah Community Services and forms part of Ruah’s People and Culture team, while being based at the 360 Health and Community offices in Welshpool. The role provides dedicated, on‑site HR administration and people operations support to the 360 workforce.

This position is well suited to someone early in their People and Culture career, or an experienced administrator looking to transition into human resources, people operations or HR support.

Reporting to the Manager – People and Culture, you will provide hands‑on support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, compliance, HR systems (HRIS) administration and general human resources support.

This is a part-time permanent position offered on a 0.8FTE basis (30 hours per week).

What we’re looking for

The successful applicant will be required to meet the following criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience in HR administration, people support or office administration
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent customer service and clear written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work with initiative while being supported by a broader HR / People and Culture team
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of diversity, inclusion and respectful workplaces, particularly in the community services sector

The following criteria are considered desirable:

  • Holding or working towards a certificate or qualification in a People & Culture related field or relevant work experience which demonstrates HR/P&C capabilities.  
  • Experience with the following systems:
  • HRIS (for example UKG/Frontier/HR21 /Employment Hero /Elmo)
  • Canva (digital design solution)
  • Litmos (learning management system)
