About Ruah

Ruah is a leading values-driven employer in Western Australia’s community services sector. Our staff go boldly, not just supporting people in need, but working to end homelessness, end domestic violence and create opportunities for people struggling with poverty and mental health challenges.

Our professional team of operational and corporate services staff is backed by one of WA’s biggest Peer support workforces. Our staff reflect our commitment to diversity and inclusion, where difference is valued, celebrated and embraced.

By choosing to work with us, you are helping transform the lives of vulnerable and disadvantaged people in our community.

About the role

Ruah is seeking a Team Lead – Service Navigation & Administration Support to lead our Administration Team, who are often the first point of contact for people accessing Ruah services.

Based at the Angela Wright Bennett Centre in Northbridge, this role supports administrative and reception services across multiple floors, including client‑facing and corporate reception areas.

The Team Lead works closely with Administration Officers, providing day‑to‑day leadership, guidance and support. The role ensures that all clients, staff and stakeholders experience a safe, respectful and professional welcome, whether in person, by phone or via email.

This position also oversees Ruah’s main contact phone number, email inbox and web enquiries, and provides escalation support for complex or crisis‑related enquiries. As Ruah continues to grow its integrated services, this role contributes to improving systems and processes that help people navigate services with clarity and care.

As services expand across Mental Health and Wellness, Housing and Homelessness, and Family Safety, the Team Lead will help design systems and processes that support integrated service access in line with our Model of Care. This role suits someone eager to become an expert in Ruah’s services, support staff and clients with service navigation, and build a team with the same commitment.
