About the Role

As part of our team, you will deliver person-centred case management and vocational support across Family Services, Housing and Homelessness, and Mental Health & Wellness programs. You’ll work alongside clients to build confidence, overcome barriers, and create sustainable pathways into employment.
No two days are the same. This is a hands-on, mobile role where you’ll be out in the community—meeting people where they are, building trust, and supporting practical next steps toward a better future.
This role suits someone who thrives on building relationships and is motivated by outcomes. If you bring experience in employment services, disability, community services, or social work—and a genuine drive to help people succeed—you’ll find this work both challenging and rewarding.
You’ll be part of a passionate, multidisciplinary team that works collaboratively to deliver wrap-around support. We share knowledge, support each other, and stay focused on what matters most: helping people move forward with dignity, hope, and opportunity.

This is a full-time, Maximum Term position to June 2027.
What you’ll be doing
- Support clients to build confidence, skills, and readiness for employment
- Co-develop practical, achievable vocational plans tailored to individual goals
- Provide hands-on support with resumes, job applications, and interview preparation
- Advocate for clients across employment, health, and community systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, services, and referral partners
- Identify and address barriers to help clients access training, employment, and opportunities
What we’re looking for
Essential
- Experience in employment services or social inclusion programs
- Knowledge of labour markets, employment pathways, and education/training options
- Strong goal planning and client engagement skills
- Well-developed report writing and analytical skills
- Ability to build trust and relationships with clients experiencing complex needs
- Understanding of homelessness, alcohol and drug use, family and domestic violence, and mental health
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Nice to have
- Relevant qualification or equivalent experience
- Understanding of diversity, inclusion, and Aboriginal cultural contexts
