About the Role
As our Corporate Partnerships Lead, you’ll grow and steward Ruah’s corporate partnership portfolio to diversify revenue and increase impact. Reporting to the Manager – Philanthropy, Partnerships and Advocacy, you’ll build a strong pipeline, coordinate workplace giving and volunteering initiatives, and deliver partnership activations and events to a high standard.
- Prospect, qualify and convert corporate partners, sponsors and donors
- Manage existing relationships and deliver engagement plans and reporting
- Coordinate workplace giving, in-kind support, pro-bono and volunteering
- Maintain partner materials (proposals, presentations) and CRM records
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in corporate partnerships, sponsorship or fundraising
- Track record developing partnerships that generate funding and impact
- Strong written and verbal communication; confident stakeholder engagement
- Strong organisation skills; able to manage multiple priorities with autonomy
- Experience using a CRM (HubSpot or similar) to manage pipelines and reporting
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Philanthropy, PR (or equivalent experience)

- Salary aligned with Level 5 of the Ruah Enterprise Agreement (SCHADS Award), starting at over $101,000 + Super
- 5 weeks annual leave plus 17.5% annual leave loading
