About the Role

As our Corporate Partnerships Lead, you’ll grow and steward Ruah’s corporate partnership portfolio to diversify revenue and increase impact. Reporting to the Manager – Philanthropy, Partnerships and Advocacy, you’ll build a strong pipeline, coordinate workplace giving and volunteering initiatives, and deliver partnership activations and events to a high standard.

Prospect, qualify and convert corporate partners, sponsors and donors
Manage existing relationships and deliver engagement plans and reporting
Coordinate workplace giving, in-kind support, pro-bono and volunteering
Maintain partner materials (proposals, presentations) and CRM records

What we’re looking for

Proven experience in corporate partnerships, sponsorship or fundraising
Track record developing partnerships that generate funding and impact
Strong written and verbal communication; confident stakeholder engagement
Strong organisation skills; able to manage multiple priorities with autonomy
Experience using a CRM (HubSpot or similar) to manage pipelines and reporting
Tertiary qualification in Business, Philanthropy, PR (or equivalent experience)

Salary aligned with Level 5 of the Ruah Enterprise Agreement (SCHADS Award), starting at over $101,000 + Super
5 weeks annual leave plus 17.5% annual leave loading
