About the Role

Our Service Development and Innovation team is small, energetic, and deeply values driven. We work together to create innovative service models, craft high quality tenders, and make sure our programs truly deliver for people experiencing complex challenges.

We are looking for a Senior Project Officer, who will thrive in periods of high activity, while still delivering thoughtful, high-quality work. This role will be responsible for leading tender applications and projects, facilitating workshops, synthesising complex information, and thinking creatively to solve problems and propose new ideas.

If you love blending creativity with purpose, and you want to work in a team that thinks boldly, collaborates deeply and genuinely lives its values, you’ll feel right at home here.

Why You’ll Love Working at Ruah

You’ll create real impact. Your work leads directly to new services, new funding and new opportunities for people experiencing some of life’s toughest challenges.

You’ll join a team that cares. We’re small, supportive, curious, and we celebrate diverse perspectives, including lived experience.

You’ll lead meaningful work. From tender writing to co-design workshops, every project has heart and purpose.

You’ll be valued. Your creativity, your voice, and your commitment to quality will be encouraged and championed. We’ll lean into your unique skillset.

You’ll work somewhere that truly walks the talk. Diversity, inclusion, ethics and hope are not slogans here, they’re everyday practice.
