Lead technology operations, cybersecurity and supplier performance at Ruah while helping shape the technology services and capabilities that support one of Western Australia's leading community service organisations.
Reporting to the Head of Technology, Digital & Data, this newly created leadership role will lead technology operations, cybersecurity and supplier performance across Ruah while strengthening organisational resilience, service maturity and technology performance.

About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to shape technology operations and cyber resilience, governance and service maturity that will support Ruah's long-term organisational priorities.
This role is focused on leading technology operations, cybersecurity, supplier performance and service reliability across Ruah, ensuring the organisation's technology environment remains secure, resilient and high performing.
You will strengthen governance, supplier performance and service delivery across Ruah's technology partners while developing internal capability and operational maturity.
You will lead through a combination of internal capability and external technology partners, ensuring suppliers deliver against agreed performance, security and service expectations.
You will lead Ruah's operational technology environment, strengthening risk management, service continuity and organisational resilience while ensuring services align with the organisation's risk appetite.
The work you lead will directly support our mission by ensuring staff have the technology, systems and support they need to deliver high-quality services to the communities we serve.

This role will appeal to experienced IT Operations Managers, Infrastructure Managers, MSP Operations Leaders, Technology Managers and Service Delivery Leaders who enjoy balancing service reliability, cybersecurity, supplier performance and operational improvement.

What You'll Do
- Lead technology operations across infrastructure, cloud, workplace technology and cybersecurity.
- Drive service reliability, resilience, performance and continuous improvement.
- Manage technology suppliers and managed service providers, ensuring accountability and value.
- Oversee cybersecurity operations, technology risk and Essential Eight maturity.
- Strengthen service management, operational governance and reporting.
- Support business continuity, disaster recovery and organisational resilience.
- Build internal capability and strengthen technology service performance.
- Provide trusted leadership and operational advice across the organisation.
What You'll Bring
Operational ownership: You have successfully led technology operations and are accountable for service performance, operational excellence and business outcomes.
Cybersecurity leadership: You understand how to strengthen security capability, manage technology risk and improve organisational resilience.
Vendor management: You have a proven ability to manage technology suppliers and managed service providers, driving accountability, performance and value.
Service improvement: You bring a continuous improvement mindset and a track record of enhancing service quality, efficiency and user experience.
Reliability mindset: You create secure, resilient and high-performing technology services that support organisational outcomes.
Qualifications: A relevant tertiary qualification in technology, cybersecurity, business or a related discipline.
