We give you the training, tools, and support needed to surpass customer expectations and enable you to achieve great results.

The role primarily involves outbound calls and communications, with 95% of our leads being warm from website expressions of interest. You can confidently engage with potential students about our diverse courses - no two conversations are ever the same.

Responsibilities include hitting quality metrics and KPIs, tracking student enrollments via the CRM, contacting leads professionally and promptly, and ensuring a positive student experience.

A typical day involves ~50 outbound calls to warm leads and 3-5 enrollments per day. We value quality over quantity and do not believe in targets for the sake of targets.

Salary is $60,000 Base + 11.5% Super + Uncapped Commission (OTE $90 - 120k+).
