The course builds practical capability for engaging with Southeast Asian markets, aligned with Australia’s efforts to deepen economic, cultural and community ties with the region. Through facilitated discussion, shared experience and guided learning, course participants explore regional context, cross-cultural decision-making and commercial opportunity - developing the confidence and insight needed to operate effectively across ASEAN environments.

Mentors are central to the cohort experience, helping translate regional insight into real-world capability.

Providing constructive feedback on learner reflections and final projects, ensuring:

·       Participants can translate regional and cultural insight into actions or strategies

·       The culmination of the course is a clear demonstration of each participant’s growth in capability, confidence and regional understanding
