We currently have an opening, to join our Contract Administration as on of our team members has just been internally promoted!

About the role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Contracts Administrator who thrives in a busy and collaborative environment and is focused on delivering exceptional business support. Based within our Henderson depot, this is a key role within our team and carries a significant amount of responsibility. With that being said, we are seeking interest from highly motivated individuals who enjoy a challenge and take pride in delivering a high standard of customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Service: Providing top-notch customer service both internally (within our Horticulture, Maintenance, Plumbing etc teams) and externally (with subcontractors and clients), building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Data Entry: Accurately recording project and job-related information in multiple databases and ensuring tasks are managed to completion
  • Asset Management: Overseeing and updating the asset management system
  • Subcontractors: Prioritising and allocating workloads to internal and external trades
  • Accounts: Meeting financial reporting deadlines, completing monthly invoicing processes, raising purchase orders, and work orders
  • Management Support: Providing high-level support to the Operations Manager, Team Leaders, and their teams

What we're looking for:

Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar industry. Other attributes include:

  • The ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors
  • Excellent verbal and written communication as well as excellent report writing skills
  • Experience in financial management and proficient in tasks such as raising purchase orders, invoicing, and handling monthly billing procedures
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft suite such as, Excel, Word, Outlook and demonstrated expertise in data entry

Most importantly, we're looking for a self-motivated team player who takes initiative, effectively manages their time across tasks, and consistently meets deadlines with minimal supervision. A strong commitment to going above and beyond is essential!
