We are now seeking an energetic individual to join our team as Talent Acquisition Administrator for our peak season in hiring, fixed term from October until February!
What does a Talent Acquisition Administrator do, you ask?
We are looking for an energetic and collaborative individual to support with our seasonal peak (Spring & Summer) with our recruitment efforts. Reporting to our Talent Business Partner based in our Hillcrest depot, this role will be 30 hours a week from Monday through Friday. There is some flexibility with start and finish times to accommodate the successful applicant.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to confirm candidate suitability
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and applicants
- Following up compliance documents such as qualifications, work eligibility documentation, drivers licences etc
- Booking pre-employment testing and confirming results
- Conducting reference checks for selected applicants
- Additional recruitment administration as needed
What you'll need:
- Ideally, proven experience or education in recruitment, HR, or related fields
- Effective communication skills across the phone, email and in person at varying operational, support and management levels
- Proficient in Microsoft suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems, exposure to LiveHire would be advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail!
