If you're a Team Manager with a love for horticulture we want to hear from you! We are currently seeking a passionate Team Manager to join our team and take charge of maintaining grounds and public spaces within our Hastings District Council contract.

What experience we're looking for:

As our Team Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders to exceed project objectives and create remarkable outdoor spaces
• Demonstrating attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills to work autonomously and meet tight client deadlines
• Manage a team of Mower Operators and Edging team members
• Utilising your mechanical expertise to operate and maintain mowers, tractors, line markers and other turf-related equipment would be advantageous

What skills we are looking for:

• A strong knowledge and passion for people leadership, a passion for horticulture would be a major bonus!
• Motivated and self-driven with the physical fitness required for the role
• Flexibility to work some weekends during the sporting seasons as theres an on call requirement every 6-7 weeks
• A full, clean NZ driver's licence and capability to drive a manual vehicle is essential
