Garden Labourer

We’re looking for a fixed term Garden Labourer to assist in maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces across the Queenstown Lakes District. You'll assist with a variety of gardening and maintenance tasks, including:

• Watering tree's with liquid feed and water to improve growth
• Weeding, pruning, and trimming
• Hand-pulling weeds and vegetation control
• General labour duties as required to support the team

You'll work as part of a team to keep these spaces looking great while ensuring safety for yourself, your team, and the community.

Who We’re Looking For:

No prior experience? No problem! If you enjoy working outdoors and don’t mind getting your hands dirty, we want to hear from you. Ideally, you’ll have:

• A full, current driver’s licence (must be able to drive a manual confidently)
• A solid work ethic and a hands-on, can-do attitude
• Knowledge of health and safety practices (or a willingness to learn)
• Good communication skills, as you may interact with residents
• The physical fitness to handle the demands of the role
