If you enjoy working outdoors, possess an awesome work ethic and have your full NZ drivers' licence, then this role would suit you! We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our Hastings team.

What does a Labourer's role involve?

Supporting the project operator, you will be responsible for a bit of everything really, from planting, weeding and vegetation control tasks to setting up bollards, picnic tables, and park signs or sprucing up greenery and working on tough landscaping projects.

Who we are looking for

Ideally, we would love someone who has had experience in a similar role; however, this is not a must. As long as you are a hard worker, with a passion for working outdoors and getting stuck in then you would be a perfect candidate. Other success factors include:

  • A clean and current drivers' licence with the ability to drive a manual
  • Be a team player with a positive attitude - helping out your teammates needs to be second nature
  • A desire to adhere to the company's health and safety procedures
  • Tones of motivation with a strong desire to get this job done 
  • Physically fit and able to complete all tasks
