Regional Manager

A rare opportunity has arisen, and we are now seeking a new Regional Manager to join our team. In this pivotal position, you'll leverage your skills to oversee several contracts of varying sizes, ensuring efficient operations and meeting specific goals. Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, you'll uphold contract KPIs, identify growth prospects, and support Operations Managers in cultivating motivated teams to ensure high client satisfaction. This role holds significant visibility and is an integral part of our RS Senior Leadership team, offering a chance to make a substantial impact.

Key skills and experience we are looking for:

• Demonstrated strategic leadership as well as strong stakeholder and people management experience
• Comprehensive contract management experience with experience with council or community health
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role is preferred but not essential
• Proven track record in effective communication between key stakeholders, clients, interest groups and employees
• Exceptional organisational skills and adaptability between strategic and operational levels
• A systematic approach to planning, management, critical analysis, organisation of work, and effective prioritisation to ensure deadlines are met
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to handle information with discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
• Comprehensive experience in overseeing financial aspects of contracts and reporting on financials
• Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint)
• The ability to travel domestically if and when required

The preferred location of this position would be Hawkes Bay based, but we will be considering applications outside of this area.
