About the Centre
RecWest Braybrook is host to a four-court stadium specialising in community hire needs and programming to a diverse population, RecWest Footscray has a Health Club and community spaces to provide services to all.
About the Role
As a Duty Supervisor at RecWest Braybrook you will;
- Open and close the facility, customer service and cafe area as needed.
- Set up and pack up of equipment for various sporting activities that are conducted within the centre.
- Monitor and actively manage users of the centre whilst on shift.
- Report hazards, keep facility safe and clean facility as needed.
- Lead Customer Service, maintain and complete all checklists, report any issues to Management.
This is a part-time position with an hourly rate up to $32.24 per hour + Super & Y Benefits
About You
You will act as positive role model in an effort to build strong people, strong families and strong communities, as well as identifying potential risk factors and taking steps to reduce those risks. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and a commitment to the safety and wellbeing of children, young people and all facility users.
Essential Qualifications
- HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
- HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
Other Desired Qualifications or Knowledge
- Previous experience using PerfectGym management
- Previous experience in a similar facility in a supervisory role is desirable
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
