About the Centres
You will be required to work across the following sites;
- RecWest Braybrook- a four court stadium with cafe, Group Fitness and sports programs.
- RecWest Footscray- a community centre hosting health and wellness programs, a stadium and community hire.
- Moonee Valley Gymnastics- located in Essendon and is host to over 450 participants.
About the Role
This hands-on role will see you working across multiple RecWest facilities – including RecWest Braybrook, RecWest Footscray, and providing support to the Moonee Valley Gymnastics Centre – giving you a unique opportunity to experience the breadth of the sport and recreation industry.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Providing friendly and professional front desk service to patrons
- Handling membership and program enrolments
- Preparing and serving coffee and refreshments
- Assisting with sports setup and pack down
- Supporting the delivery of daily programs and services
- Ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all visitors
This is a casual position with an hourly rate up to $30.45 + Super.
About You
With our focus on providing the exceptional customer experience and always providing outstanding customer service, we will be looking for someone who is energetic, can help to create a welcoming environment and enthusiastic about helping and assisting others.
You will be working alongside our other Customer Service Officers, and will also work closely with Duty Managers to ensure smooth service and running of the facility overall.
Qualifications & Experience
- HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
- HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
- Previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous
