We're looking for a Retail Training Manager to shape and deliver our national retail training strategy, building the capability of our store teams and leaders across customer experience, leadership, operations, systems, compliance and commercial performance. This is an opportunity to influence how thousands of team members learn, grow and perform across one of Australia's most iconic sporting retailers. 

What You'll Be Doing 

  • Develop and execute a national retail training strategy aligned to business priorities and people plans across the retail network. 
  • Design and deliver engaging learning content across leadership, customer experience, operational excellence, systems and compliance.  
  • Facilitate virtual and face-to-face training programs for retail and support office teams.  
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to identify capability gaps and create targeted learning solutions.  
  • Partner with global brand Trade Partners on engaging training expereinces for the rebel team.
  • Measure training effectiveness through reporting, learner assessments and business outcomes.  
  • Manage the annual training calendar and budget while continuously improving learning experiences.  

What You'll Bring 

  • Significant retail leadership experience, with a strong understanding of store operations and team development.  
  • Experience developing and delivering retail training, learning programs or capability frameworks.  
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage audiences both virtually and in person.  
  • Proven stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across all levels of a business.  
  • A data-driven approach to measuring learning outcomes and continuous improvement.
